Sandeep has also led business divisions and teams at major IT companies like HCL Technologies, IBM and Infogain. His interests are in technology implementation, growing and scaling of technology companies.

Mohan Ramanujan is a Mechancial Engineer with two decades of Strategic Quality and Process experience. He has established and implemented various strategic quality and process initiatives to enable organizational product and process excellence, growth, efficiency, innovation. His ability to influence and bring in near painless changes for good has assured him to be a preferred quality consultant. He has led the centre of competence in Process Governance and Business Excellence and led key projects in domains like healthcare, industry, energy domains in Collabera, Siemens and SKF Bearings. Mohan has led organization initiatives for CMMI, ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 assessments. Bharadwaj TN has over ten years of experience in Business development, marketing and building relationships with clients and alliance partners. Bharadwaj is a Commerce graduate and MBA. He started his career managing a large sales team doing B2C sales for Renaissance marketing in the United Kingdom. He then moved on to larger business development roles and was involved in growing revenues and devising business models. He has worked in business and front end roles in Kaizen Technologies, Longhouse consulting and IDA Singapore. His interests are in Business development, inside sales, initiating contact with new customers, building relationships, fulfilling client requirements, event management and market research.

Rajni is a Science graduate from Delhi university, and an MBA from Pune University. Rajni has over 11 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. She has managed sales for Motherson Sumi Systems, a major auto component manufacturer. Her experience has been in devising strategies and managing strategic accounts. She has also led the marketing initiatives for Brainvisa Technologies (an education software company), and Mindbank (an end to end HR solution provider). She handled advertising initiatives at eduNirvana a digital academic content provider and was responsible for brand building. Her interests lie in the area of business development, marketing strategies and digital marketing.
